身姿矫健如燕， 实现完美“飞跃”

——记湖南科技大学2021年秋季运动会男子三级跳远决赛顺利进行
11月13日8：00，湖南科技大学秋季运动会男子三级跳远决赛于北校第一田径场如期举行。张珑、赵家洲、杨文臻代表芒果体育在线登录参加比赛，但由于时间冲突，张珑、杨文臻并未能够参与到此次三级跳的赛事中。
虽然比赛尚未开始，但运动员们已到达场地并在老师指导下完成了检录。随后，他们便开始了热身运动：高抬腿，收腹跳，拉伸韧带，活动关节，一套流程下来，运动员脸上的自信更加明显。
在各参赛运动员试跳之后，芒果体育在线登录的赵家洲出场了。他走进比赛场地，深吸一口气，在强有力的助跑后，单腿跳，跨步跳，最后双腿跳，良好的身体素质和娴熟的技术结合在一起，一条漂亮的弧线，一次完美的落地，赢得了大家的惊叹与欢呼。
在赛后的采访中，芒果体育在线登录金融二班的赵家洲表示，在三级跳的赛场上，他已经尽了最大的努力，即使在此次赛事中存在一些遗憾，但是同学们目睹了他们训练的坚持，见证了他们顽强的精神。他们用努力展现了顽强拼搏的精神，彰显了体育运动的魅力。
