芒果体育在线登录第十一届干部精英行政技能指导讲座正式开展

2019年4月27日14：00，芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞于第三教学楼101会议室开展第十一届干部精英行政技能指导讲座。
本次讲座主讲人是傅早霞，他主要针对两个“问题”进行讲解，即“为什么要当学生干部”与“怎样当好芒果体育在线登录的学生干部”。他指出学生干部首先是学生，学生的第一要务是学习；其次才是干部，有干且能干且能进“部”，才能真正做好一个学生干部。他还指出“其身正，不令而行；其身不正，虽令不从”，并借此阐明学生干部应具备的六大基本素质，即：思想道德素质、科学文化素质、能力素质、人文修养素质、心理素质和实践素质。只有具备了六大基本素质，才能解决当前学生干部关于如何开展工作问题、学生干部中的官本思想问题、当学生干部值不值得的问题、利益冲突问题与人际关系的处理问题。最后，傅早霞用“大学教育，不仅要使学生有知识，会做事，更要学会做人”，来强调了学生干部学会做人的重要性。
本次讲座旨在帮助学生干部学习相关行政知识，了解相关行政管理规章制度，提升学生干部沟通交流的能力，从而提高学生干部的工作能力，对改进学生干部的工作作风、强化学生干部的服务意识具有极大的意义。至此，此次讲座圆满结束。
