凝心聚力，携手同行
为增强团委学生会内部凝聚力，6月12日下午3:00，芒果体育在线登录于南校田径场开展第20届团委学生会团辅活动。本次活动由芒果体育在线登录心理健康部负责举办。芒果体育在线登录19级辅导员姜漾漾到场指导工作，第20届团委学生会主要学生干部参与本次活动。
本次团辅在濛濛细雨中拉开序幕。此次活动分为两个环节，分别是破冰环节和游戏环节。在破冰环节中，学生干部们被分为四组，每组在彼此熟悉后确定了本队队名及口号，并最终完成了才艺展示。在本环节中，学生干部们增进了彼此间的了解，现场气氛活跃。
紧接着是游戏环节，在心理健康部的组织下，学生干部们共进行了三个游戏:“喂雏”、“几条腿”、“小动物回家”。在“喂雏”游戏中，四组队伍为取得最终的胜利拼尽全力。即使过程中皮筋掉落，队员们仍旧选择鼓足勇气重新开始、奋起直追。一根小小的吸管、一个小小的皮筋让学生干部们切身体会到团队合作的重要性。团委学生副书记屈政宇在分享小组成功经验时说道：“小组成员团结一心，为着共同的目标不懈奋斗正是我们取得胜利的秘籍。我相信在未来的工作中，芒果体育在线登录团委学生会定能精诚团结、互通有无，为建设芒果体育在线登录更美好的未来共同努力！”
最后，在学生干部们的总结发言中，芒果体育在线登录第一次面向正部级与主席团成员的团辅活动落下帷幕。通过本次团辅活动，学生干部们在收获愉快的游戏体验的同时，也熟悉了彼此，为后续工作的开展打下了良好的基础。
