星光共聚，热情共促
——记芒果体育在线登录2022级新生第一次团体辅导活动顺利举行
为增进新生之间的了解，增强团队的凝聚力，9月23日19：30，芒果体育在线登录2022级新生第一次团体辅导活动于湖南科技大学一区篮球场正式开展，本次活动由芒果体育在线登录心理健康部承办和主持。
活动伊始，芒果体育在线登录各排新生在教官和心理健康部主试人的组织下到达指定地点，由主试人向22级新生进行团体辅导活动“三三二一”规则的讲解，即“三个忘记、三个给予、两个规则、一个准则”，以确保活动的有序开展。随后，各排陆续进行了“超级大头贴”、“蜈蚣翻身”、“一圈到底”、“盲人旅行”等小游戏。在“五毛一块”的活动中，新生们被随机分为五毛、一块的大小，按照主试人的口令要求聚为一团，朝着主试人要求的数值不断努力。随着活动的进行，现场氛围逐渐热烈高涨，不少同学在游戏结束后还进行了才艺展示，进一步将气氛推向了高潮。
在最后的分享环节中，大家围坐一圈，积极表达了对本次活动的感悟。其中，2022级工商管理三班程雨说道：“在学长学姐们的带领下，这一次的新生团体辅导活动开展得十分顺利，大家都积极参与并且玩得很尽兴，各种小游戏不仅让大家加深了对彼此的了解，而且还增进了大家的感情，期待以后能参与更多这种活动。”
此次新生团体辅导活动以增强凝聚力为出发点，以团体活动为基础形式，通过一系列小游戏增强新生的团队合作意识，拉进彼此间的距离，为今后学习和生活上的和睦相处打下基础。
