芒果体育在线登录18级助班暨迎新志愿者培训大会顺利召开

为了明确18级助班和迎新志愿者的工作方向，充分调动其工作积极性，端正工作态度，9月2日19:30，芒果体育在线登录2018级助班暨迎新志愿者培训大会在第三教学楼101隆重召开。芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞、团委书记兼学工办主任陈攀和2018级各班班主任等受邀参加本次会议。
会议伊始，芒果体育在线登录青年志愿团团长李湘琦发表了讲话，总结了迎新前期工作中出现的问题并提出了解决建议，对大家积极配合学院工作表达了感谢和充分的肯定：“大家互帮互助，很大程度上提高了自助迎新的服务效率”。讲话最后，她就接下去的迎新工作事宜做了全面部署，确保迎新工作有条不紊地展开。
紧接着发言的是18级辅导员罗江林老师，她就迎新工作模式、工作流程和注意事项三个模块分别进行了详细的说明。罗江林老师特别向助班和志愿者们强调了要关注新生的心理健康，为新生营造积极向上的氛围。“你们要传达给新生的是，‘既然你选择了科大，选择了你的专业，在接下去的四年里，你就应该努力学习’”，罗老师如是说。
会议最后是傅早霞书记的总结发言，他首先向大家介绍了到场各位18级班主任，强调了助班和班主任之间要有密切的沟通联系。其次充分肯定了大会的意义，举例志愿者工作中会出现的典型问题及其相应的解决方案。“希望大家带着我们大商院的形象，带着一颗火热的心，怀揣炽热的情，给18级的学弟学妹们树立良好的榜样”。在傅早霞书记的殷切期望中，大会圆满结束。
