我院2018级助班及迎新志愿者培训会议顺利召开

大会期间，傅早霞书记对迎新工作进行进一步说明和总结，他说：“作为志愿者，迎新工作开展时要时刻注意个人的外表形象和语言形象，为新生树立良好榜样，展现当代大学生风范”。迎新工作需要大家的共同努力。郭志军老师从迎新工作基本模式、迎新工作安排、志愿者的工作流程三个方面对芒果体育在线登录志愿者迎新须知的相关内容进行了解读并总结了迎新工作要求。他强调：“志愿者要为新生做好答疑解惑，积极正面宣传学校学院，传递正能量。要具备热心、耐心、细心和责任心”。
本次培训让志愿者们对新生迎新活动有了进一步的了解，使其更加明确自己在迎新工作中的职责，为我院2018级新生迎新活动的顺利进行奠定了基础。
