关注心理健康，从室友出发

——第十三届心理健康月“宿舍为家”大型团辅活动
为普及心理健康知识，提高大学生的心理素质水平，增强大学生心理保健意识，4月20日14：00，由湖南科技大学心理健康教育中心主办，芒果体育在线登录心理健康教育服务部承办的“宿舍为家”大型特色团辅活动在南校田径场成功举办。
此次活动面向芒果体育在线登录2017级学生，每个班级推荐一个寝室参与活动。所有参与学生早早到达活动场地签到，热情高涨。参与的学生随机分为四组，要求每位成员新建自己的团队，把队员当成自己的室友。随后心理健康教育服务部组织开展了“货币资本、生产资本、商品资本、筐”、“瞎子背瘸子”、“解开‘手链’”等游戏，并设置了零食奖励。其中，瞎子背瘸子游戏是把各团队再次分为两人一组的小组，一人蒙上眼睛扮演“瞎子”，另一人单脚跳扮演“瘸子”并指导“瞎子”前行，前方用零食设置障碍物，“瘸子”指导“瞎子”踩爆地上的气球并捡起气球内零食，零食则为奖品，而零食的奖励进一步激发了学生的积极性，一轮比赛结束，各个成员纷纷分享自己的战果。活动结束后，在工作人员的组织下，大家有序离场。
活动结束后，大家意犹未尽，纷纷表示此次团辅活动内容丰富、形式多样、参与性强、针对性强，希望举办更多类似的活动来引起更多的人关注心理健康。
