我院荣获校辅导员职业能力大赛团体总分第二名

在刚刚结束的校第七届辅导员职业能力大赛中，我院以团体总分第二名荣获二等奖；雷芳、刘少芳和蔡美玲老师荣获个人综合奖三等奖，王知知老师荣获个人综合奖优胜奖；个人单项奖中，陈攀老师荣获谈心谈话环节的第三名，雷芳、刘少芳老师分别荣获基础知识测试的第四名和第六名，杨美琴老师荣获案例分析环节的第六名。
据悉，校第七届辅导员职业能力大赛于2018年3月15日-20日在副校长胡石、学工处处长尹风雨的组织领导下举行，全校一线在岗专职辅导员（含潇湘学院）参加比赛。其比赛项目包括基础知识测试、案例分析、主题演讲、谈心谈话与班情熟知等五个环节，内容涵盖辅导员工作的各个方面，主要考察辅导员对相关知识的掌握程度以及对信息的处理分析和解决问题的能力。
学院党委副书记傅早霞表示辅导员职业能力大赛意义重大，不仅有助于全面提升辅导员的业务能力和整体素质，还有助于强化学院学生工作管理队伍建设，更有助于推进学校思想教育工作队伍建设再上新台阶。
