湘潭市领导莅临芒果体育在线登录视察

3月23日下午，湘潭市团市委书记王利等一行来到芒果体育在线登录进行视察，校团委副书记马缤辉、王艳，芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞和学工办主任陈攀陪同。
傅早霞向王利展示了商院的青年风采并介绍了商院成熟、完善的青年培育机制，同时，王利就学院新青年团组织建设提出一些指导性意见，并对商院未来新青年培育寄予了重大期盼。
视察以“风华骄子—科技创新思想引领—团学之家—党培—社团”为主线展开，王利走访了每一间办公室，并亲切慰问了每一位从事学生工作的辅导员，详细了解了我们青年培育的方案。期间，王利赞扬了我院“党建带团建”的工作思想，对芒果体育在线登录“心语轩”特色成长辅导室及特色团辅活动的建设和开展给予了肯定，鼓励高校的创新科技活动要为学生成长提供辅导。在观看“干部精英培训”PPT、团干之路视频后，王利表示，团干上任前的精英培训、“文化长廊”、团支党校的阵地建设、社团和专业的紧密结合等方面都高质量的体现学院学生工作的建设水平，但在志愿活动的精准性、社团的拉赞助能力等方面有进一步提升的空间。
