芒果体育在线登录第十三届干部精英培训之“出谋划策”顺利举行

为了使学生干部进一步明确职责所在，提高其办公和执行操作能力，4月22日19:00，芒果体育在线登录第十三届干部精英培训之“出谋划策”于第三教学楼101报告厅举行，芒果体育在线登录学工办主任陈攀出席本次活动，芒果体育在线登录团委学生会主要学生干部参加此次活动。
活动伊始，芒果体育在线登录学工办主任陈攀就此次培训提出三点建议：一是指出学生干部不能重工作、轻学习，要重视自我管理和自我表率，以使二者齐头并进。二是就学生干部如何培养和谐的团队提出观点，强调学生干部要增强责任心，重视分工协作，树立团队意识。三是对于如何提高学生干部的执行力进行说明，认为学生干部要端正工作态度、提高工作能力、增强工作责任心和务实精神，将工作落到实处。
团委学生会办公室主任刘康平就撰写活动策划书的方法、技巧等提出建议。随后，由学生干部现场制作以“商院·逐梦”为主题的策划书。一时间，一场“头脑风暴”在会场一触即发。各组策划书制作完成后，团委学生会主席团成员和办公室主任刘康平进行审阅点评并提出改进建议。
此次活动加强了各部门干部之间的交流与合作，加深了学生干部对办公室技能点了解。同时，活动对于提高学生干部的工作效率，促进学生的全面发展也具有重要意义。
