为学院效力不言累：退伍军人担任副排辅助带训

“他指导市场营销专业叠好了25床标准的‘豆腐块’！”芒果体育在线登录学生会副主席赵钰琛对他赞叹不已。因为对叠“豆腐块”已经熟练掌握，他受2017级辅导员杨美琴老师之邀做示范教我院新生叠被子。
“你们，有谁能像他一样带训的给我站出来。”隔壁排的教官正在挑选能带训的副排长，以他为标杆。
一营一连十排，旅管专业一班新生刘伟涛，2014年9月入伍，2016年9月从中国人民解放军75260部队退役，拥有两年的从军经历。由于教官要训练方阵队成员不能兼顾本排学员，本可以免训的他毅然接下了“副排长”这个担子，“是有点累，但是为了学院效力，不在意”。
“一二一、一二一……”响亮的口号，整齐的步伐，刘伟涛一遍一遍地指导十排成员做好每个动作，传授动作要领，协助扫尾细节。
当被问及带训的感受时他感慨道：“这一届新生不怕苦、不怕累，听从指挥，也从不喊苦、从不喊累！”据悉十排共52人，其中48名女生。
