2017级辅导员举家“常驻”训练区

10月6日17：30，蔡美玲老师终于腾空了一双手，抱起了期盼母亲怀抱已久的宝宝。
10月2日至6日，从军训开始至今，2017级辅导员蔡美玲老师一直坚守在我院新生军训场地。因为孩子太小不能离开母亲，蔡老师的丈夫和婆婆只好带着孩子陪伴在身旁，一家人均“扎根”在训练场地。
“蔡老师，那边发现了一些突发状况！”此时，蔡老师正在哄犯困的孩子入睡，一听到这个消息，她立刻将孩子交给身旁的丈夫，心急如焚地前去处理。等事情解决后，孩子早已入睡。从清晨到黄昏，除了吃饭，蔡老师一直在训练基地，为督促军训工作整日守在军训值班点。大部分时候都是丈夫抱着孩子陪同在一旁观训，蔡老师则在奔走处理紧急情况和慰问学员。
“通过军训我发现，蔡老师有着极强的责任感，对新生们非常上心，每天带着孩子督促学生干部工作，安抚新生军训，我觉得蔡老师给我们学生干部树立了榜样，是我们学习的目标。”芒果体育在线登录团委副书记张苏伟这样说道。
