2017年芒果体育在线登录军训调整大会圆满召开

10月4日15:00，芒果体育在线登录军训调整大会于三教224会议室召开。
我院党委副书记傅早霞主持本次大会，17级辅导员蔡美玲、杨美琴老师和学生会干部及新生各班助班参会。
在本次会议中，傅书记主要强调了三点：军容风纪的检查；军训的宣传工作；内务整理。他首先对已进行了四分之一的军训工作表示肯定，关于上午进行的军容风纪检查，他说道：“军训不容易，新生不容易。”同时非常认同大家在这方面的努力。
随后，傅书记拿出一份军训简报，以此为镜，着重强调我院宣传工作的重要性。宣传工作在学院评比中的占比较大，他建议多投稿、多宣传，保证一定的得分基数，争取在落后的状态下达成超越，并在内容上彰显芒果体育在线登录的特色。
傅书记接着将重心转移到新生的内务整理上，明确了教官和助班的分工。教官负责专门训练新生叠“方块被”；助班则须熟悉新生的内务整理情况，并给予指导及纠正，且在热水提供上，助班应提前了解情况并告知新生，做好相应准备，以便为新生提供更周到的服务。而对于内务整理过程，傅书记则反复强调安全问题，表示一切以新生的安全为中心。
会议过程中，傅书记与在场助班以及其他干部均进行了一番交谈，彼此都在反馈情况中不断发现问题，并提出解决方法。最后他补充道：“遇事要有担当，不要‘踢皮球’。”并号召大家：听从指挥，目标一致，团结协作！
