10月1日晚19：30，芒果体育在线登录2017级新生军训动员大会在南俱举行。芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞出席会议，学工办主任陈攀、2017级辅导员杨美琴、蔡美玲，2017级助班负责人谢铮和魏思琪、团委学生会干部以及各班助理班主任以及军训营长受邀参会。动员大会在庄严的国歌声中拉开序幕。
傅早霞在会上发表了讲话:“军训不仅是身体上的磨砺，也是心理上的历练。”傅书记要求全体军训学员端正态度，严格训练，发扬团结协作的精神，养成良好的生活习惯和严谨的生活作风。“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队！”
学生干部代表分党校副校长夏红娟、团委第一副书记罗莹、学生会主席仲鹏分别介绍了自己负责的工作范围并阐明军训期间工作安排。傅早霞对助班及学生干部的军训准备工作进行了肯定，“你们在进行军训的同时，他们也在经历另一场军训。”他对新生说道。
“希望你们能在这次军训中得到应有的锻炼和应有的成长。”一营营长于鹏公示各专业班级的军训编制及排长名单，教官一一起立敬礼，动作连贯迅速。接着于鹏就军训目的、教官职责、军训对学生的要求三个方面进行发言，对教官和新生提出了明确要求并寄予厚望。
最后，傅早霞希望同学们能珍惜军训这个展示自我的舞台，收获成长这笔最宝贵的财富。
动员大会结束后，各排由教官带领去集训场地进行预热训练。
