芒果体育在线登录2017-2018学年团委学生会正部长及以上干部竞选顺利开展

5月24日19：30，芒果体育在线登录2017-2018学年团委学生会正部长及以上干部竞选拉开了序幕，第三教学楼101学术报告厅人头攒动。本次竞选分两场进行，第二场于次日19:00举行。

竞选活动特邀芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞以及各年级、各部门辅导员担任此次竞选活动的评委，另邀我院2016-2017年度团委学生会骨干成员参与此次评审。候选人共有51位，来自学院各个部门。

“团委学生会更多的是赐予你们一种责任与担当，培养你们的能力。”竞选伊始，副书记就团委学生会的重要性以及加入团委学生会的利处两个方面作了重要讲话:“我们要善于发现团队的重要性，很多赛事的获奖者都不是个人，而是团队，很多个人做不到的事，团队可以做到。”

随着一张张精致的PPT的放映，竞选正式开始。他们精心制作的PPT，用心酝酿的演讲一度赢得了观众的掌声，“两年，我一直在被批评，一直在成长。”第一位竞选人是来自就业服务部的王佳莉，她“敢想，敢说，敢做”，竞选职位是芒果体育在线登录团委第一副书记；“萤火之光，敢与日月争辉。”竞选学生会主席职位的赵钰琛在演讲的最后给人留下了这样一句极富正能量的话。

从自我认知到工作设想到现场提问，各竞选人丰富的任职经历，严谨的工作态度，创新的思维方式，敏捷的反应能力，无不令在场观众颔首称赞。不容忽视的是选手们的创新想法。来自志愿团的张微凭借其实用的“宣传优化”的点子吸引了评委的注意力，令人赞不绝口。

傅早霞书记在竞选结束时赠言:“各候选人都有着敏捷的思维方式、严谨的工作作风，但同时各位学生干部也要多关心学习，大家要协调好学习、工作与生活这三者的关系。”
