湖南科技大学沙盘模拟大赛初赛拉开帷幕

2016年11月26日8时，湖南科技大学沙盘模拟大赛初赛在三教五楼（509、510、512、513、514）正式开始。
沙盘模拟经营是一种新型的教育方式，能训练学生认知企业、熟悉业务和管理企业方面的能力，提高学生的就业能力和团队意识。
本次比赛采取团队竞赛的方式。参赛成员包括14级和15级选手，共5个区，每个区12支队伍。每支参赛队伍由五名成员组成，分别为企业中的总经理、财务总监、运营总监、营销总监以及宣传总监五个角色。通过模拟经营企业，与其他参赛队伍在同一市场环境下展开经营竞争。比赛结束后将从每个区中选出两个最优秀的团队来进入到复赛和决赛。
比赛过程中，各选手充分发挥团体合作精神，相互讨论，合理分工。并将自身所掌握的企业运营管理知识运用到比赛中。同时，负责本次比赛的人员也积极地帮助大家在操作上的难题。
