情系学子寄温暖，瑟瑟寒夜送关怀

为维护学生宿舍的安全稳定与正常秩序，营造良好的学习生活环境，进一步推动院风学风建设，12月7日晚9：00，芒果体育在线登录开展辅导员下寝活动，芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞、学工办主任陈攀、芒果体育在线登录主席团成员及团委学生会宿管部成员参与此项活动，进入学生宿舍对学生进行慰问。
傅早霞就宿舍分布与作息时间等基本问题同主席团成员与宿管部部长进行了解后，便展开了本次下寝关怀活动。在下寝过程中，傅早霞副书记就学习、生活、大学规划等方面同学生们进行了详细交流，深度了解了学生们对大学生活的适应情况，并做出了相关建议。
“去年来下寝你们还是学妹，今年也当学姐啦，对学校的生活环境还适应吗？”“平时学习之余寝室内会搞活动吗？”“和家里人多久联络一次啊？”一句句亲切的问候尽显关怀。此外，为缓解学生们的紧张情绪，傅早霞还同学生交流了家乡特色，周边氛围顿时变得轻松欢快。
同时，傅早霞副书记也劝诫同学们要珍惜大学宝贵时光，做好人生规划。“是金子，在哪都会发光。”傅早霞激励同学们多向优秀的学长学姐学习，充分汲取榜样力量；做好大学规划，充分利用大学时间，锻炼自己的能力，提高专业技能，为以后的人生做好铺垫，努力实现人生价值。
本次下寝活动加强了芒果体育在线登录老师与同学们之间的交流；拉近了老师与学生之间的距离；增强了学生们对芒果体育在线登录的归属感；对于建设和谐舒适的学习生活环境、推动学生发展进步具有重要意义。
