细致入微的关怀是他最深切的爱

9月11日上午，烈日当空，芒果体育在线登录党委副书记傅早霞一如既往地来到了南校新篮球场进行军训日常工作的视察。
一到达训练场地，傅早霞便来到学生干部摆点处，悉心询问新生伤员身体状况，并给予他们亲切的问候。“你的脚还疼吗？”“身体好些了没有？”“及时吃药了吗？”“身体不适的时候一定要及时跟教官汇报，不要硬扛着。”面对书记细致入微的关怀，新生真切地感受到了来自学院领导老师的关心与温暖，并对此表示了由衷的感谢：“我们的身体已经好多了，正准备再次投入训练，谢谢老师对我们的关心。”
随后，傅早霞在一旁观看了新生们日常的训练过程。“在训练过程中不要过度紧张，以愉悦轻松的心态来面对军训训练，把它当作一次宝贵的机会，学会在挥洒汗水的同时收获快乐与友谊。”趁着新生们的休息间隙，傅早霞席地而坐，与新生亲切地交谈并给予他们耐心的指导。
“新生的贵重物品一定要保管好，拿大容器把所有的贵重物品放在一起，然后派学生干部看护着，千万不能出什么差错！”最后，傅早霞一再强调新生的贵重物品保管问题，并再三嘱咐在场的服务人员一定要落实到实处。
“笔直的身姿是同学们迎接高温烈日的姿态，晶莹的汗水是书写胜利的笔墨，我坚信同学们都有强大的信心、坚毅的决心坚持到底，战胜一切艰难险阻，为自己争光！为班级争光！为整个商院争光！”在结束视察工作前，傅早霞以充满激情的口号鼓舞着在场全体新生。而新生也在傅早霞的鼓舞下以最饱满的热情继续投入了训练。
