芒果体育在线登录19级年级组第一次例会圆满结束

2020年3月10日晚上8：00，芒果体育在线登录19级年级组在19级年级组讨论群召开了2019学年下学期第一次例会，辅导员高峰老师与19级年级组全体成员参加了本次会议。
会议伊始，黎欣童就19级工作反馈做出了相应工作安排，并重点强调了新型冠状病毒的联防联控工作、健康打卡问题。她建议各个班团要自己做到不慌、不乱、不忙，并把积极的心态传达给班上的每一位同学；各个班级要听从学校学院安排，认真落实好延期返校、停课不停学的工作。她指出班团需要多加强调健康打卡问题，告诫同学们端正打卡态度并督促他们按时完成打卡任务，其中未打卡、本人疑似或确诊、家人疑似或确诊及接触确诊等打卡异常的同学将要进行“一人一案”实时跟踪。
高峰围绕疫情期间学生的心理疏导工作以及学习情况展开了具体叙述。他表示：“疫情期间，同学们要保持乐观理性，做到不传谣、不信谣、不恐慌，不在网络社交平台发布传播不可靠信息。”同时，他还提醒学生要注意保护好自己，不得提前返校，积极配合学校、老师和班团的工作，真实准确并且及时地完成健康打卡工作，一经发现红头通报，要立即汇报。当谈到心理健康有关内容时，他要求各班心理委员密切关注本班学生的心理状态，及时帮助同学调整心理压力，避免出现焦虑恐慌等情况。学习方面，他建议同学们制定好学习计划，把握时间节奏，不落下一堂网课，不放弃一次作业，沉下心去学习。对于有挂科记录的学生，他提出要在保证新开课程的情况下，准备好开学补考的课程。
通过这次会议，19级年级组成员都更加清楚地认识到了自己的工作以及工作中要注意的问题，期待着疫情过后在校园的美好相遇。
