芒果体育在线登录2019届毕业生就业动员大会圆满结束

9月28日下午2：30，由芒果体育在线登录团委学生会主办、就业服务部承办的芒果体育在线登录2019届毕业生就业动员大会在南校俱乐部开展。此次大会面向芒果体育在线登录15级毕业生，特地邀请了芒果体育在线登录团委副书记傅早霞、就业指导老师郭志军、15级辅导员刘少芳以及学工办主任陈攀参加大会，并由傅早霞担任主讲。
由于近年来中国经济和教育的快速发展，竞争力度的不断加强，大学生面对的就业形势日益严峻。为让毕业生认清形势并根据自身能力精准定位，增强毕业生的就业自信以及就业积极性，使毕业生提前做好准备灵活面对招聘问题，特地举办了本次就业动员大会，为19届毕业生提供就业指导。
大会上，傅早霞开门见山地指出了当前就业形势的严峻，在向同学们分析往届毕业生就业情况中结合当前国际形势例如中美贸易战，形象而具体地讲解了19届毕业生的就业现状。他明确表示，当代大学生要提高就业能力，写好简介是第一步。而简介的内容需要同学们在大学四年里不断的去丰富并有针对性地去提升自己。
“一个人要想成功就要不断夯实自我，并善于抓住机遇。”傅早霞提醒广大学子要重视考试成绩，由于“清考”制度的取消，如果毕业了还有挂科现象的，将拿不到学位证书，这将会严重影响就业。期间，他还给19届毕业生提出就业方面的建议，传授他们应聘技巧以及预防传销的方法，并对国家就业政策进行解读，勉励同学们调整好心态积极找工作。
“我希望十年后、二十年后，再聚首，母校以你们为骄傲。”大会在傅早霞的殷切期望中圆满结束。
